卢芳霞，女，汉族，1981年11月生，甘肃甘谷人。2004年毕业于西北师范大学数学与应用数学专业，获理学学士学位，同年到张掖市第二中学任教。2009年在中国石油大学(北京)攻读硕士研究生并获得理学硕士学位。毕业后到河西学院任教，现为河西学院数学学院副教授，硕士研究生导师。指导学生完成甘肃省大学生科研创新训练计划项目和河西学院大学生科技创新项目。目前主要从事随机微分方程理论及应用方面的研究工作。
